Gosh Yarn It!  is owned and operated by Jennifer Tan. Jennifer is an avid crocheter and spinner who loves all fiber arts!

Jennifer enjoys teaching spinning, crochet, Tunisian crochet, knitting, cro-hook, felting, hairpin lace, and scrumbling (freeform) private lessons, classes and workshops.  She crochets custom designs for boutiques and individual clients.  Jennifer is available for classes, demonstrations, private lessons, and workshops in Northern California and will travel upon request to other locations.  Email us to set up a workshop near you!

Jennifer is a college professor, professional flutist, ceremony officiant, retired school principal, and instructor of pre-natal yoga, pregnancy meditation, PiYo, aromatherapy and infant massage. She currently lives near beautiful Sacramento, California with her husband and three children.  Some of her passions are home waterbirths, raw vegan nutrition (click on picture at the bottom for more info), Nancy Drew book collecting, dancing, singing, beads, camping, and learning the harp.

Our goal at GYI! is to provide fiber artists with the tools needed to make their passion easy, accessible, and stylish.... especially items that you may not find in a local yarn shop. We would love to hear from you about what items you want to see in the store in the future!  We can often special order items for you from brands that we carry, so just ask.  Email us with suggestions and questions:
